Executive Producer, co-owner and “left brain” of the comedy-centric production company, Thank You, Brain! Productions. Tracey is a master of minutia and a skilled logician, insuring that all productions, whether scripted or unscripted, go smoothly.

Baird was nominated for an Emmy for the HBO hit FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS. Her past TV credits include BORED TO DEATH, EAGLEHEART, and standup specials for KYLE KINANE, JIM GAFFIGAN, JOHN OLIVER, BRIAN REGAN, and DAVID CROSS.

Most recently she executive produced the series RYAN HANSEN SOLVES CRIMES ON TELEVISION (Joel McHale, Jon Cryer, Kristen Bell), THOSE WHO CAN'T, Bette Midler’s world tour movie open, and ABC’s I LIKE YOU JUST THE WAY I AM starring Jason Biggs and Busy Phillips.

Tracey got her start working on the cult comedy classic, MR. SHOW WITH BOB & DAVID where she met her business partner, Krysia Plonka. She is also a member of the PGA and DGA.

Three-time Emmy winner, Executive Producer Krysia Plonka, is the co-owner and “right brain” of the comedy-centric Thank You, Brain! Productions. Krysia serves as the head of development where she works closely with talent and writers to create shows and bring them to the finish line creatively.

Executive Producer of THOSE WHO CAN'T (Patton Oswalt, Henry Rollins, Sarah Michelle Gellar), RYAN HANSEN SOLVES CRIMES ON TELEVISION and BILLY ON THE STREET, Plonka also directs. Most recently, she directed an episode of THOSE WHO CAN'T, a Glamour web series with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, the movie open to Bette Midler’s world tour, and the field pieces for Nikki Glaser’s NOT SAFE pilot for Comedy Central.

Her past credits include: THE CHRIS ROCK SHOW, MIND OF MENCIA, WAYNE BRADY SHOW, and HBO’s MR. SHOW WITH BOB AND DAVID where she met her business-partner-in-crime, Tracey Baird.
Krysia is a member of the WGA, DGA, and SAG-AFTRA.

Gene Hess develops scripted shows across cable, network, and digital platforms. His passion is finding and working with storytellers to get their unique vision to the television audience. He also brings in material from book publishers where Thank You, Brain! has a first look deal. Gene comes with a background as a writer who has written and developed TV pilots for MTV and Amazon and features including “Streets of Blood” (50 Cent, Sharon Stone, Val Kilmer), “Cruel World” (Jaime Pressly), and “Don’t Do It” (Heather Graham, Esai Morales), which he also directed. Hess began his career working at Telepictures and attended NYU and the American Film Institute where he received his masters in screenwriting. Hess is a member of the WGA.

Executive Assistant to Krysia Plonka on The Jeselnik Offensive, Emily now skillfully upholds the day-to-day functions of Thank You, Brain! She has a background in theater, arts administration, and live entertainment. When not connecting blood supply to the left and right brain, you’ll find her training for Tough Mudder (where she gets electrocuted as part of the grueling obstacle race - no joke).
